Lisa Gulick is a Principal Consultant at Bendelta and the Bendelta’s National Lead – Futures Leadership, where she explores the latest innovative approaches to developing the leadership required for an uncertain and rapidly evolving world.

Combining deep expertise with a passion for shifting mindsets and systems, Lisa is passionate about shifting mindsets and systems to enable leaders to lead for good and shape a better future. With a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology with experience working with leaders across Australia and the U.S., she brings rigor, wisdom, and cutting-edge thinking to translate insight into tangible organizational impact.

She is an accredited practitioner in a range of leadership mindset and capability development tools, including adult/vertical mindset development methodologies, and has also published on leadership development, cross-cultural competence, and diversity and inclusion.
